The Dominic Albano Collection

Softness, stretchiness, breathability, and, of course, aesthetic.

Have some great news 'Briefster'... there's a new 'Underwear Brand' on the block and I think you're gonna LOVE them!

Dominic Albano launched his self named brand 'the Dominic Albano Collection' at the start of this year and in my opinion he's already on to a winning streak. Dominic Albano, the model who graced the cover of PlayGirl magazine in 2022 says his brand is focused on texture, softness and stretchiness.

Two of the major requirements I personally look for when buying my underwear is how soft they are and how much they stretch. Something I find really annoying is buying a pair of briefs because they look good and then when I open the packaging I find them to have no stretch what-so-ever in them and well, to be honest I probably only wear them once.

Let's face it... our bodies are constantly moving and our underwear needs to be stretchy so they can move and contract with our body movement. Otherwise it's literally like wearing a 'straight jacket' around our nether regions.

This is only the beginning as we have new designs and styles coming out within the next few weeks

Dominic Albano

Dominic began his modelling career working with underwear, swimwear, and sportswear brands whilst also building a career on Social Media posting provocative photos and showing off his ripped six pack abs. What seems pretty unusual about this guy is that even though he puts himself out there for all to see, he's often shared online that he's actually quite shy and timid, which is pretty unusual for an underwear model and kind'a makes him all that more charming and appealing.

Over the past decade, Dominic has modelled for many different underwear brands and states that it was always in the back of his mind to produce his own underwear line and feels like it's the right time and a natural progression to do it now.

With social media marketing and e-commerce brands, the men's underwear market is definitely a saturated one. There are many factors that make a successful brand, which includes comfort, style, and practicality. Dominic's experience in the fashion industry seems to make him just the right person to sell us a pair of underwear from his new collection. Not to mention if anyone knows how to advertise using sexy photos, it's Dominic himself.
Personally speaking, judging by the photos I would say that Dominic's vision has 'hit the mark running' for his first line of designs, offering sports briefs and bikini briefs focusing on traditional styles, making simplicity, comfort and versatility utmost important.. They all look well stretchy being produced from a lyocell fabric... which was handpicked by Dominic for its softness, stretch and lightweightness which as I've said before, in my opinion is probably the most important aspect of a pair of mens underwear.

Dominic's launch announcement shared on Facebook, stated that Dominic himself created the line with a focus on texture; softness, stretchiness, breathability, and, of course, aesthetics, along with inspirations and influences taken from Queer culture and his bias in what makes men look and feel good!

This is only the beginning as Dominic says he has new designs and styles coming out within the next few weeks.

I absolutely love the imagery on Dominic's website which kind of 'harks back' to the 70's, a point in time I always thought was probably the best era for Mens Underwear. I genuinely can't wait to get my hands on a pair of his bikini briefs and sports briefs!

Do your self a favour 'Briefsters' and pop over to Dominic's website www.dominicalbanocollection.com and checkout his current collection.
