Hunting for the best underwear?

Here at BriefsMania we're always happy to hear from any new brands that are breaking in to the mainstream and today we've had an email from a new company based in the US that's calling themselves HUNT Underwear.

They're pretty new to the game but are already showing promise with their first line called their "Classic Collection" comprising of a super comfortable Navy and Blue brief and also a trunk, constructed from an odour resistant 'modal' that wicks moisture and retains its shape whilst having a super soft and smooth texture.

HUNT Underwear

The company name HUNT Underwear is taken from its owner Stephen Hunt who had been working in a typical corporate environment in the advertising world, but was not really happy and craved some more autonomy and creativity in his life

As a true fan of underwear, Stephen noticed that so many underwear items were cheaply made and decided to try and create a brand that used high end, luxury materials but also offered them to the public at affordable prices.

HUNT Underwear's materials are all hand picked by Stephen to be super soft and comfortable and having always hated when he would buy underwear and the material would turn out to be rough or the tag rubbed into his lower back it was important for Stephen to make sure HUNT Underwear's products feel almost cloud-like.

The fabric used by the current products is a mix of modal and spandex. If you're not familiar with modal, it is an extremely soft and light weight fabric that's cool to the touch. The texture is smooth and because of the way it's made, modal fibres wick moisture 50% better than cotton as well as retain their shape. That's always a good thing, because it helps prevent the underwear from becoming misshapen and saggy as you wear it throughout the day.
