Club Seven Menswear

An Underwear Brand for Underwear Lovers

Going through my emails I found an email from a guy asking if we would be interested in maybe reviewing some of their underwear as they were a relatively new underwear startup company calling themselves Club Seven. I very quickly replied saying 'Yep' we'd love for you to send us what ya want although obviously they had to be briefs related as that's what we're all about. Let's leave the Boxers to someone else!

Have to say Club Seven have a really nice, clean and simple and very speedy website plastered with wonderful large and colourful imagery showing off their Briefs, Jocks, Boxers and all other various bits and pieces like Socks, Vest and T-Shirts. Club Seven has everything you can think of and probably more when it comes to undergear.

So who and what is behind Club Seven

Club Seven was the concept from an ex accounting and finance graduate here in the UK... Alex Gede, who decided he was more interested in the world of modelling. Quite a bit of a career change from banking!

I graduated to being an underwear model as I was now too big for fashion and runway modelling!

Alex Gade

Alex tell's the story that one of his colleagues referred to him as 'skinny' at a banking conference they were both attending which gave him the motivation to start working out and in 2013 started to transform his body for entry into the competitive world of modelling.

Various fitness competitions later and eventually entering and becoming the first runner up in the Mr Africa competition, Alex graduated to being an underwear model as he was now too big for fashion and runway modelling. Ah ha, there's the undies connection!

Moving on to actual underwear reviews and unboxing for brands on YouTube we finally arrive to what we all had to endure. The time in our lives when the world literally shut down and we all had to endure the awful 'lockdown'. Alex decided to not just sit around and waste the time he had to spend at home. Instead Alex worked on a plan to create and launch his own underwear brand that addressed all the issues he thought the underwear labels of today were missing. Well, let's be honest here, as an underwear model Alex must have worn a fair few pairs of pants over his time.

Alex believes most of todays brands either go for the sex appeal and forget about the comfort or go for comfort and forget about the looks, not to mention tight and uncomfortable pouches... which I have to say I totally 100% agree with!

In January 2021 after much laid plans, Alex launched 'Club Seven Menswear'. A brand that would be known for premium fabrics and not just the basic 95% cotton to create his comfortable and sexy underwear for us underwear lovers.

Club Seven Menswear's mission is to be the next favourite underwear, creating a group/club for underwear lovers. Club Seven also produce underwear that supports your manhood with enough room for it to breath.

The main fabric blends Alex's company Club Seven works with are; a Cotton, Modal and Spandex blend, a Modal and Spandex mix and a Nylon and Spandex blend with Bamboo and Spandex blends to follow in the near future.

The brand also cares for the environment and holds it's Sustainability Policy very dearly, using recyclable packaging in all of their products.

I'm really looking forward to receiving the sample Alex has agreed to send Briefsmania for reviewing as I really do like his refreshing outlook on the world of Mens Underwear. I especially like the look of the fabrics Alex is working with as it's not just boring 95% cotton and 5% Lycra. Not to mention the styles Club Seven have available on their attractive and well laid out website look really sexy too.

Take a look at www.wearclubseven.com now and check back soon for our review of his brand.
